Is it normal i want to cut the connection between me and my relatives?

My aunt treat us ( me and family ) as she is superior and her son is a fucking asshole always bragging about shit and when we talk about shit he look at us like we r nothing, however mom love her , shes her sister, but obviously that aunty has a history that she want no one to be superior than her, i dont like her i dont wanna see her i can't handle it... Also my dad's sister is a crazy menace...people hate us..is it normal your relatives hate you that much ?
