Is it normal i want to be publicly humiliated by women?

I would like to be publicly humiliated by women and girls (as long as they're not underage) for example by her walking me on a leash on a hot day while she wears a nice skirt and boots and she forces me to wear very heavy warm clothing so that I sweat and nearly pass out from exhaustion and dehydration by a heat stroke, and then she is nice enough to get me an ice cream, but before I can lick it she takes it from my hands and drops it on the dirty street, and she pulls my leash and makes me lick the ice cream from the ground, while shoving my face into the dirt with her boots. I want to experience the feelings of her completely dominating me and knowing that she has all the control, and that random people can just see how much of a pathetic loser I am.
