Is it normal i want a job making the audio that the cia uses to torture people?

I was just reading a news article about how the CIA plays certain songs on a loop for days to torture prisoners into confessing things. I've heard about this before and as an audio producer I would love to make them a sound track. I specialize in industrial music so I know I could make some horrifying tracks to drive people insane and would love to see how my tracks would work out in the CIA's torture chamber.

One thing I found hilarious is that one of the songs they use is "Meow Mix". I once sang Meow Mix on the bus for about 20 miles and people on the bus started flipping out and getting angry. It was great entertainment.
