    Okay well my problem is, like Nickclaire said, LEGALLY this is rape. She could rat on you and your fucked. The law doesn't acknowledge pre-consent.

    I had a girl who told me when I just met her that I should promise to never ever fuck her. She felt she was was better than that and just wanted to be friends, but could see herself falling for me sometime and she wanted me to not let her fall into that temptation. Let's just say, fast forward a few weeks and I got that stubborn coochie to consent :)

    But that night I told her no, I would not make that promise. Because consent or non-consent made beforehand is not valid. If she gave clear consent on a night in the future and I fucked her, I would not be rape even if she told me a week ago to promise I'd never fuck her. So the same goes in reverse, you can't give consent for a time in the future. You can't say your husband "always has consent" and then if he fucks you later when you don't want it, say it's not rape.

    However, people do illegal stuff that they don't think is morally wrong all the time. If you think morally it's fine, which I understand but do not agree with, than you can still do it, as I'm sure many people have. Just know that legally its rape and if she turns on you you are fucked.
