Is it normal i wake up at 6:57 three times in same morning?

This has happened to me about 3-4 times in my life, first time starting in my junior year of high school.

I wake up on my own, see that it's 6:57 a.m., and go back to sleep thinking I have some more time before I absolutely need to get up. I literally feel Iike I sleep for an extra hour, but when I look at the clock... it's still 6:57 a.m. .

I think it's strange but I figure I might as well go back to sleep again since it's still not 7 a.m. yet. Again. I feel like I've slept forever. I even have random dreams each time which means I must be sleeping (right?). Finally I think to myself "It's gotta be late. I don't even feel tired anymore. I feel fully rested"... it's still 6:57 a.m. for a third time in the same morning.

In fact, it's not until I decide to get out of bed and start getting dressed for the day that the clock seems to go back to the typical morning speed (omg, how is it already 7:20?!)

I've tried googling this phenomenon for the past few years, but I can only find websites that teach you how to wake up at the same time everyday. That is not what's happening here. I'll wake up at the same time, multiple times in one morning. It's as if time is frozen... and every time this happens, it's always at 6:57 a.m.

Could someone please tell me what's happening or at least let me know that I'm not alone with this strange occurrence?

    You dream when you're awake.

Have you looked in Paranormal Phenomena or paranormal abilities?

I'm pretty sure that I've read about this happening somewhere, but I'm not sure where.

There is also something that exist that I suppose could be called "Time Phenomena", but I'm sure if this occurrences in question were able to be controlled.

  • Some of the times you get up may have been dreams. I used to have this as well. you fall asleep and dream, but the dream takes the form of a false awakening.

Time can stand still but most people don't know how to control it. You may have learned though.

I know exactly what you mean! Some mornings, I go back to sleep for what seems like hours but is only minutes. Unfortunately, this doesn't happen a lot, but when it does, it is heavenly. I also mostly happens when I'm ill.

It isn't normal I am afraid, however I donMt think it's your fault. I think you must have a bad clock that sometime stops for a bout 25 minutes. I used to have a clock like that. You don't have to listen to me, however I am her kind honest and know a lot of things about animals and human illness considering I had hundreds of pets and hundreds of illness when I was younger!
