Is it normal i've become more antisocial, unable to hold conversations?

I am still in my early 20s, probably with undiagnosed tourette's. During college, I used to hold annoyingly long conversations, and I used to tolerate even weirder people abruptly taking hours off my day in order to have a conversation.

Ever since I have started working after college, I noticed that I am becoming less conversational. It started to feel like I mostly have monologues, they may be long or short.

I normally don't have much in common with people, but I REALLY want to interact sometimes, and recently I noticed that this makes my ticks boil. I live in a communal hostel, and for days at a time, I noticed I may communicate with roommates with duck sounds or some weird nonsense before I noticed I haven't held a meaningful conversation with them.

?????

Now this may not be normal, but has anyone ever found themselves in a remotely similar situation?

Still sounds more meaningful than a lot of conversations I've had
