Just curious if anyone else uses "Hey you" when you text someone you have feelings for? Maybe its just me? I'm 22 bi female & I do notice the odd person will say hey you when greeting me via text...but idk if its an indication they fancy me??
One of my girl mates says it often and vice versa...so am just curious?..

Its flirty, but that doesn't mean like, well I guess it depends what you mean by fancy. Some people flirting means more than others.
Fancy as in I think you're attractive or I have feelings for you sort of thing. Sadly majority seems to think its typically used to say what's up ...

Yeah. However like it's my belief if you really want something and have patience then you can really start hanging with just about anyone. Especially if it's g/g then you making the first move is the social norm.
Your options become unnecessarily limited if you always wait for the other person to walk up and say they like you. Sometimes it is like that, but I'm just saying you can have more control and agency here and widen that net.
