I snorted some coke at a party last night. I promise that I rarely ever do this. Well anyway, today I'm really sick and I feel paranoid like I'm gonna die. I keep vomiting.

Nothing wrong with doing some coke as long as it doesn't become a life controlling problem. I drink smoke and do all manner of drugs and somehow manage to hold down a job and pay my bills. I'm a responsible abuser and I do just fine. Don't pay attention to the haters.
