Is it normal i think there's no point in telling her when she doesn't txt ...?

When I was friends with her she told me things with a lot of conviction in her voice of how she felt towards me. Whether she meant it more than friends I'll never know... I want to confess my feelings after knowing her for over 5 years but truth be told, I'm terrified!! I also wonder if there's any point in doing so when she doesn't talk to me/txt me. I talk to her every now and then but we haven't been close in few years. It just baffles me she would say things like she used to and not make any effort communication wise... What should I do and do I actually have any hope?

    What are you terrified of? Presumably rejection?

    So choose: either let the present situation continue and then you'll never know or tell her how you feel and at least the situation will be clear.

    You do realise people change and maybe she did have strong feelings for you in the past but doesn't have now?

        Good luck and PLEASE let us know what happens! Even if she still doesn't feel that way about you, you may find out she did once and that your perceptions were correct - that's always a good thing I reckon

    If she really means something to you then you shouldn't let the time that's past stop you from telling her. You might have missed your opportunity to be together but you can at least be at peace knowing you told her how you really felt.
