Is it normal i think the 1990s are currently overpraised?

Just so you know I thought it was a decent decade.

It seems this decade couldn't create an identity and it wants to relive past decades, mainly the 90s. Everyone noe had 90s nostalgia and how they wish it was the 90s again.

Really? The music wasn't that much better, except for the early portion, the Internet was primative (no wifi, YouTube etc), and it always seemed cloudy.

The 2010s are strange, and I hate that people aren't as social, but I love the information era. I don't really want to back in time. Though I do miss some of the simpler times and it was a good decade to grow up in.

    I dont understand the whole 80s, 90s or 50s thing. I dont understand generations. I find it pointless.

    I also think the 90's are overpraised. Most of the people in my area that are nostalgic about it and talk about all the time are people that were kids in the 90's like I was. I think people just wish they could go back and revisit a "simpler" time where they were playing, going to school, and just doing what kids do instead of having to pay bills, college debt, and and do adult stuff in general since being an adult isn't as fun sometimes.

      I also agree and can understand their feelings. I do miss the simpler times but feel there are so many more options out there, then there were in the 90s.

      As I stated, I love the information age. We have websites like Amazon and YouTube (IIN? :), they are creating artificial eyes, medicine and physiology have advanced greatly.

    The 1990's sucked with Slick Willy as president
    from January 20 , 1993 - January 20 , 2001.
    The 1980's was the best decade with Ronnie Reagan as president from January 20 , 1981 - January 20 , 1989

    I wish I could delete the 90's from my life and get another 10 years back. Too much shit happened for me, seriously...a lifetimes worth of shit.

      I feel this. At the same time, the 90's were my jam. I miss the times being simpler the most I guess, otherwise, it was kind of crappy. I dunno, I hardly remember any of it...

    How old are you? To really know the 90s, you have to be in your 30s right now. In any case, it was the peak of the dot com bubble and a good economy echoes everywhere.
