Frankly, I think you are a little mental. Seriously, only someone with some screws loose could even think of having an STD as a good thing!
Also, in the US, if you knowingly give another person an STD, its a felony, and in many states, you can even face first degree murder charges for doing so!
So yeah, unless they have syphilis already (or whatever disease you have), don't go near anyone with that thing, unless you plan on spending the rest of your life in a prison cell!
