Is it normal i think my friend is sugar coating everything?

Well I haven't known this person very long but when ever I ask her something to do with how her day went she always says it was amazing. I notice she loves using the word amazing which is sweet but I just feel it could be over use. She says her life is amazing, her friends are amazing & her day was amazing. I just feel like she could be sugar coating her life. I'm not trying to be cynical and if she really does feel that way then im very happy for her !! Its just, i don't think anyone has a perfect or amazing life so I just wonder about her..
What do u all think?

Take it at face value 2
No, she's probably just over exaggerating 1
Everyone has their ups & downs so what she says is probably untrue 3

    • I don't feel sorry for her because I make an effort, reach out, ask how she is and she responds a bit but then continues to stop replying once I've asked her something else.
      Its quite frustrating .

        • Well actually I never said she was on her own to begin with, did I?
I just think she could be over exaggerating things...
I know she has some family issues but I don't know what her relationship is like with other family members...
