Is it normal i think im fat

Im like 110 pounds and 5 foot one and I look in the mirror and just think im fat. I want to get lean and have muscle but I dont know how to start. I also have issues keeping weight and my weight seems to fluctuate very often. If I miss meals I gain a bunch of weight but I lose it once I start eating again. I want to get in shape but I cant stand the gym. Where should I start? I also gained a pound so now my pants dont fit anymore.

    You don't sound fat. Maybe just wanna firm up yourself, but please remember muscle weighs more than fat. Try to pay more attention to how your body looks and how your clothes fit than what the scale says.

    Um. You'd have to have fat to be able to turn it into muscle first of all. And gaining weight because you're not eating is very unhealthy, it means you're not getting necessary nutrients and your body is holding onto every bit of what little you do eat (including excess fats, sugars, etc).
    And the gym isn't the only way to get in shape.
    Do yoga, play a sport, go for a walk/run/jog, lift weights or something.
