Is it normal i think im fat
Im like 110 pounds and 5 foot one and I look in the mirror and just think im fat. I want to get lean and have muscle but I dont know how to start. I also have issues keeping weight and my weight seems to fluctuate very often. If I miss meals I gain a bunch of weight but I lose it once I start eating again. I want to get in shape but I cant stand the gym. Where should I start? I also gained a pound so now my pants dont fit anymore.
