So the tile says it. I feel really grossed out by people saying they look alike. I honestly don't think my cousin is attractive.

    My guess is that they're saying he looks like your cousin to wind you up, just laugh it off and they'll get bored of it.

    Maybe you just have a hot cousin. If you are not actually thinking about your cousin when you are with him who cares? Apparently you are not imagining your cousin and they just happen to look similar. Maybe you just like people with that style and just so happen your cousin is the same way. I think its just coincidence. Dont listen to what anyone says.
