Is it normal i suddenly feel this way about her?

I mean we hardly talked because I'd never have enough courage t to say anything to her, or could never find anything to talk about. Butt now, I feel like crying over her, or giving her the entire world. I admit, i did really like her during those days. But it has cranked up to eleven it seems. I don't know why, but i find myself daydreaming about her constantly. I don't know why I feel like this for her. I'm too afraid to say anything. Idk how she'll react.
