I have an ex best friend, who is also my next door neighbor. We were friends for 13 years, and are no longer friends. We hung out every day as kids. I've been in love with him since I met him, but never realized my feelings until we stopped talking. We had a little wedding (as a joke)
when we were little. We were always together, but I often catch myself thinking about the past at least 5 or more times a day. I dream of him every night. I pray to God to bring him back into my life. I always wonder if he loves me too. He asks about me, looks at me, and still hangs out with my 34 year old brother. He is 22. He's been smoking weed since we stopped talking, which makes me wonder. I'll have my weeks where the feelings aren't as strong, but than there will be weeks where I feel like my heart is aching for him.

    Stop wasting your time with some silly gawd; it ain't gonna help you.
    If you want to try rekindle your friendship with this guy, just do it. What have you got to lose? If he doesn't want you as a friend or lover, then you've lost nothing but a bit of time and energy.
    Move slowly and feel things out. Chances are he feels the same but his stupid male ego won't let him make the first move.
