Is it normal i see tiny moving specks and sometimes translucent umm..things

ok since I was little I have been able to see tiny particle looking specks that float around in the air. i randomly see them in various places, time of day, and different lighting. they look like something you would see on a tv with no channel signal only moving at different speeds and they flash with colors. and another thing similar to this is the moving of translucent.. well I think of them as orbs with tails is the best I can describe it, and they float through the air cutting through it like its water, but these are about the size of a finger and I know it sounds a bit far fetched to some people who might think I'm making it up or that I am a little off my rocker, but my mind is healthy and I only see them once in a great while and its not floaters, I've seen that before and this is way different its not right on my eyeball obscuring my vision they are sometimes close and sometimes distant.... oh I can also blur my vision voluntarily... different subject though lol. comments anyone?

    I experience something quite stunning and breath taking once every 6 months since I've had a strenuous night of partying and experimenting with serious drugs. To keep it brief, I occasionally see racing red glowing lights, perhaps 30-50 of them spinning around me like atoms when I'm taking a shower ... The are not the here one second gone the next "floaters" yall describe by any means. This only happens in the shower and it happens for 1-2 minutes. I can't say why or how they happen but I am always overcome by fear and worry first then I relax and observe. Then eventually flicker off and I'll forget about it until it randomly happens ...

    I see them too. I've been seeing the dots and string-like microorganisms since I was very young.

    They're called floaties. Everyone sees them. If you start to see more, that can be a sign of eye disease.

    I see this too. You are just observant. I can explain all these things.

    The specks in the air are dust. They are everywhere, mostly in doors. Light makes them more noticeable.
    If its not dust particles it could be visual snow which I get as well. It looks like tv static and is not physical matter like the dust is. It is usually neurological and not everyone sees it.

    The flashes sound like a neurological or optic nerve issue.

    The orbs is from the fluid within your eyeballs. It's internal but appears external.

    I think anyone can blur their vision voluntarily. You are just focusing far away while looking at something close or vice versa. You are dialating your pupals to do this.
