Is it normal i saw a few old people at the club?

So it was my first time at a club. I was going to go for the first time at 19 but fake-ids are stupid and then I was going to wait for age 21 but my friend didn't turn 21 until now and I'm 22. So my 22 year old self walks in with my 21 year old friend along with her two sisters 25 and 29 years old. Okay so we're all in our 20s so it's normal but what we see is 10 people all around us are in their mid-late fourties!

Is that normal for club scene? I am fine with them being there but I just felt creeped out as they are twice my age..IIN? Are there clubs out there with different age groups? Like is it normal to mix ages? Why do they let in people in their mid fourties? I thought it is for under 40 only. Am I wrong to think club is mostly for 20s and 30s? I thought it is okay for 40 but maybe they have a club out there for 40 and up and that is better. I know the bartender is 40 but she looks 30 so i think that is okay. the other people look much older then her.

IIN?

People who hate on others behind a computer screen are more likely to be unable to have a good time.

Well, that was random, but ok! Sucks for them I guess?? Lol.

I went to a club once with a caveman serving drinks. The place looked like a large branch crudely crafted, but the doors were surprisingly flush with the walls.

I don't care what age another adult is, I'm happy to share a dance floor with them. I'm also happy to hang out with people twice my age and realise that they're not alien creatures. When you get older you won't just become this entirely different person that doesn't desire fun. Surely you know and respect someone 40+ that you recognise as a human being, so you can realise how stupid this question is.

This is so riddler that you've got no replies.

You damn whippersnappers! Just wait until you get to be their age, and you get judged by Ageists club kids. Then, tell me how you feel about the whole affair.

"But she's an old lady! I mean, look at her, she's... OLD! You can't just take away her stuff, she's... too OLD!"

I love Happy Gilmore. Thanks for reminding me of that movie.

Is this the generation that people keep saying is the shitty one? I don't know. I need to start keeping up with public opinions again. YES it is normal. I'm 37 and while I am epileptic and can't handle the club scene, I go to more relaxed lounges all of the time. Call me disgusting, but my being 37 doesn't seem to deter women your age from trying to get in my pants, so there. If they have anywhere near my success rate with picking up women at bars, they're damned sane for going there when they can.
