i can only say short sentences clearly then i just run out of breathe and then people usually say "what?"

what is this? is it due to my Chronic Sinusitis that i have 24/7 365 days a year? my throat has been full of mucus 24/7 and my sinuses have also been filled with mucus 24/7 for 10 years. i had Septoplasty done a week ago to clear my mucus and correct my deviated septum but my nose is full of blood and swollen so i dont know if it will help it yet.

    Maybe in the meantime if it is embarrassing you, you should try and speak in smaller, more thoughtful sentences. Could be a fun challenge.

    I sometimes run out of breath when I speak, but not for the same reasons. I just get excited sometimes.

    It looks like you are working on a solution. I hope it works for you. I have a friend with chronic sinus poblems and she uses a netti pot every morning during allergy season to keep it in check.
