Is it normal i really really want to work in the service trade?

I was going to be a butler but I dont have the funds it takes to pay for the proper schooling. My second chose would be a personal assistant or secretary. I also liked the idea of being a waiter but no one will hire me and I was going to try bartending but cant get money for that either. I really like the idea of being in the service trade and most other jobs just dont seem appealing or worth doing in my eyes. I could try being a cop but I dont really feel like being one but I would be a good one. Is it normal I really want a service job? This is really all I want to do but there is no where for me to start and I dont have money for more training. Im usually unhappy and I hated my last job. In school I use to be the teacher pet and always helping the teacher. I not really ever happy unless I feel I am helpful.

    I guess it's normal.

I wouldn't mind a service job as a temporary thing. It's such a submissive duty so I think my pride would get in the way eventually.

      How rude.
Computer service network engineer is one of the top respected jobs sought by many. You can have pride in ANY job.
If you were a cleaner you'd have pride in your completed work. It doesn't matter. Service is not submissive, its our present world.

edit// I'm not the OP btw

I would be proud of my work, of course. I meant my ego would get in the way and I'd probably become all passive aggressive at some point. Most work is submissive, whether common or not, but some is more so than others.
