It's been nine years but I'm still pissed off. All the memories are running through my head on repeat. It makes me mad, sad, and embarrassed. I wish I could go back and do what I didn't - whoop ass. Or I hope those kids die soon.

    Do you not have more important things to worry about? Mortgage/rent payments, bills, kids, ageing parents.

    Everyone was bullied at school, give your head a shake.

        Let it go, you will have bigger battles to face.

        If you are having crippling intrusive thoughts there is help out there.
