Is it normal i'm not sure who is worse, dracula or renfield?

Basically, in life who is worse the bullying, controlling, nasty, powerful leader who sees things in a very blind way, maybe so blindly they don't realise how much hurt they are causing...or the sidekick/ henchmen who know their leader is bad but follow anyway and enjoy the bullying they get to do and even if they do think its gone too far are too weak to stand up to him/her?
