It's normal to have crapy clothes if you're poor, but it's not normal to lack a sense of style.

I consider myself lucky since I develop my style quite easily... I'm starting part time job soon so i can buy more clothes to make me look pretty. I didnt start to explore my style till i was 20 years old and now im 21.

Read a couple of magazines. Ignore the articles, focus on the clothing.

When I started working, with time, I changed my wardrobe too and found my style. Before that I used to feel the exact way that you feel now. Save up over time if you can and buy clothes which you really find appealing. Make sure to try them on and that they fit on you the way that it makes you comfortable. Take your time in doing this. It may take some time for you to find your style, but eventually you will.
