Is it normal i'm in my 30's and never had a loving relationship?

I've had 2 previous girlfriends and 1 fwb in my past. Only the last one lasted over a few months, but I dont think any of them actually loved me. I know because they would tell me and the last one would tell me she hated me. I have had a few other dates but they rarely go well for various reasons from fucking my roommates to suic1de attempts and the list goes on. Its been years since Ive been sexually active. Ive been told Im not very good with those things but not sure how to learn. I dont think I was even hugged by a girl until about 19 and lost my virginity in early 20s. Im socially active so Im not sure if Im doing something wrong.

I'm not trying to create a self pity post, but I really want help and am not sure how else to ask. I'm severely depressed but try to hide it as well as I can and always try to make others laugh even though my last few years have been filled with death and loss. I dont know how else to ask for support.

    Proficiency in sex can only be achieved by practicing it. Nobody has a 'natural talent' for it, as an athlete or artist has.
    You can get practice with call girls or escorts. This will also build your confidence when relating with women. Just remember. women are every bit as interested in having a relationship as a guy. In that, we aren't all that different.
