Is it normal i'm glad i'm bisexual?

In the past overly religious people would tell me it's bad to like the same gender. Lgbt people would falsely accuse me of being a whore or player when I NEVER slept around. I used to hate being bi. Then later on, those same religious people are divorced and skipping out on paying child support and those same LGBT people are whining about still being single and about how they cant get laid. When I came out of my shell and started going out, I realised that because I'm bi I had so many options unlike those people who limited themselves or were limited from the start. I didn't sleep around, but having both genders to date and "test the waters with" was fun. I found the lovely person I'm with now due to it. I'm not bashing all religious people. Feel free to follow whatever religion you want. I dont believe it makes all people into jerks. I'm also not bashing straight people, or all LGBT people by the way. You guys are great too.
