Is it normal i'm a trump supporter but i'm concerned about republican power?

I'm a republican and a Trump supporter, I've been for Trump long before the majority of people signed on with him and started taking him seriously, so I'm glad he won.
However while I'm happy he won, I'm concerned that the republicans also have control of the house and senate. I'm concerned when either party has the presidency and control of both houses, unchecked power is dangerous.
is it normal I'm a proud republican and Trump supporter but I'm concerned that the Republicans are in control of both the executive and legislative branches?

I think you're being reasonable. I also think Obama really fucked up our country! I'm so happy he'll be gone, and I think Hillary Rotten Clinton was the last thing America needed.

Hillary is such a stupid bitch, she just went home, and told her people to go home instead of actually making a concession speech. I'm so happy she lost, because she was so cocky and entitled in attitude. Her enormous lack of campaigning and just thinking all she had to do was sling mud at Trump and insult him and his supporters to win. She was so shameless about all the bad things she did.

Things are gonna get much better in the United States of America!

Okay so I have considered myself more of a Trump supporter throughout this whole thing... and overall, I am satisfied with Trump winning the election.

But I don't think Obama fucked up this country. I think if most people were to look around them, they would realize that from 2008 to this point, things have more or less stayed similar. We've gone through a little bit of an economic cycle, but things are better now than back in 08. Gay marriage is legal now... the usual ups and downs happen in the middle east... that's really about it. I mean there's Obamacare, which isn't the greatest, but I wouldn't say he's been great or been terrible. He's been a good public speaker. And now, people can't say that we haven't had a black president lol.

I think Trump has the opportunity to be a good leader for our country. I think he can do it. He has to be reasonable and he has to not piss too many people off. Hopefully the protests quiet down and he can get to work and do a good job.

I agree with the thing about Hillary's mud slinging for sure. They really underestimated Trump, which is probably why they lost. Everyone in the media was saying that Hillary won the debates, no contest, but they made a mistake by doing that because they failed to realize that she didn't really win the debates in many people's minds. They thought they were doing better than they actually were.

I don't want to wake up to the smell of hippies smoking pot outside of my house though.

Yes. I am not a Trump supporter, but my reasoning was because of the GOP platform, not him. I also dislike Pence. But so for me I am against this being the case for that platform being able to be put into affect. So maybe this is a different reason, but still a concern. Still better than Hillary though.
