Is it normal i'm a realtor and have sex with my clients?

I'm a 27 year-old woman and a realtor.

About a year ago, I was showing this guy a house that had a great waterfront view, and he made a comment that he wondered what it would be like having sex with a view like this.

I asked him if he would like to find out, and we had sex in the master bedroom.

Since then, I've had sex with numerous of my male clients while showing them a house in order to help "close the deal".
Sometimes, this takes multiple times in different houses, to convince them to "close the deal", but I've always ending up making a sale and closing the deal with them.

I'm always careful to make sure the homeowner doesn't have any cameras in the room, and make sure I have the showing booked for at least 1 hour to prevent getting caught.

Is it normal to use sex as a tool to help close real estate deals?

I see nothing wrong with it, but curious how many are the men married and are you having sex with them in their new home before their wives do?

        Yeah, but if you are careful and don't get any stalker guys, she should be ok. Sticking to married or engaged guys reduces the risk of continued attention after the deal is closed.

  My closings are up about 50% since I started having sex with my clients and my listings are up almost 70% compared to the year prior. It definitely seems to help, and I don't mind it at all.
