It's totally normal. Your young and your hormones are raging. You haven't had sex yet and want to know what it's like so the thoughts are constant and the mystery of wondering makes it that much more exciting. Totally normal.

Not sure it's normal to be horny "almost all the time", if you literally mean almost all the time.

Most of us, even in adolescence, are only in a state of arousal some of the time.
