Is it normal i love making god awful jokes instead of good ones?

Example:
Me: If your dad was a stand-up comedian, what would he have named you?
Friend named Stephanie: What?
Me: Stay-funny
Friend named Stephanie: Fail
Me: *bursts out laughing*

Nothing makes me laugh my ass off harder than when I tell someone a shitty ass joke and they either get awkwardly silent or say "fail" or make an "ugh" sound. It has gotten to the point where I don't think I enjoy telling good jokes anymore, but bad ones. IIN?
