Is it normal i love going to the dump?

That's the dump yard. I just think of it as a cool place for dystopian-future kids to hang out with skate boards and cool bracelets. And maybe they would live there. I just love the dump and always have found it to be a magical place. Feel the same?

I guess it would be a dream come true for you if your girlfriend dumps you while you're taking a dump at the dump

    • I've posted quite a few troll posts, this post however was sincere and an intimate memory from childhood. I don't want to take a dump there as I'm not a barbarian, and I don't want to be dumped there by my girlfriend as I'm not a lesbian with some weird fantasy about the word dump. I just love dump (yards).

I kind of get this, the dump can look pretty cool in the sunshine. It's just the smell that puts me off, and my fear of being killed by the machines.

Landfills are dangerous. Some kid at my old school fell through a hole in the junk like 12 feet down. Scary. But there is a lot of cool stuff there.

My brother and I once went to a dump that was managed by a large corporation that coincidentally rented Porta-Potties. We were hard at work when the wind shifted and after a short list of comments and a little surveying realized that there was a general hue of brown to the landscape we were standing in. Is that dystopian enough?

I don't know if it's magical, but I always enjoyed a trip to the dump with my dad as a kid. It also meant that I got to sit on his lap and steer the truck on the back roads.

Never saw any skateboarders there, no asphalt.

Sadly there are some places in the world where people make their living salvaging scraps. Nothing romantic about that.

    • It was romantic to me as a child in my fantasy. I never saw any skateboarders either except what I imagined.
