Is it normal i lose 28lbs in 6 weeks?

Is it normal to lose roughly 28lbs in 6 weeks? i was 136lbs now i am 109lbs. Im a 5'4 girl age 23.

    You surely know that is not healthy. You can only loose weight that fast if you are young and dieting. If you eat organic and exercise, and cut out the sweets, you should not have to try to loose weight, it will happen naturally. Let your body be at its natural weight. My guess is 109 is too small. You might have a parasite too.

    You do realise your metabolism now believes there's a famine and will hold on to every single ounce you eat from now on?

    That is not healthy and you must know that: you're setting yourself up for the lifetime of yo-yo dieting and possible eating disorders

        A month is a very short time in your entire life! Give it time: I hope you're one of the lucky ones who doesn't put it all back on, but statistics are against you. The overwhelming majority of people who lose weight on strict diets put it back on within a year: check out all those celebrities with the fluctuating weight levels.

    Doesn't sound very healthy, but if you can keep the weight from coming back without creating an eating disorder, you'll be OK.
