I'm a pretty normal guy. I do one weird thing. I like to go in the womens room for number 2. I've been caught several times and I have paid dearly.
A lot of people use the other gender's bathroom under special circumstances, like when the line is too long or one is out of order. I don't think needing to take a crap constitutes special circumstances, but whatever.
You haven't told us yet how you paid dearly.
Why and how did you pay dearly? There are no laws that say you can't use the women's restroom and vice versa. You can only get in trouble if you do something lascivious.
Need there be laws for something socially unacceptable to have dire consequences?
Who said it was socially unacceptable? Just you. Women use the men's room all the time because the line at the women's room is down the street. There are valid reasons why there are no bathroom laws. You can do your own research on the subject. But just because you might think it is reprehensible to use the "other" restroom does not make it so.
