Is it normal i like being cold?

I feel best when the temperature is under 70 degrees. I actually don't mind having goosebumps to me being cold is pleasant. It doesn't matter how much I weigh I've been between 115 and 160 and I feel comfortable only when I'm cold and best when there is cool air blowing on me.
