It's soo annoying! I try to avoid things that get me very excited. :( I don't think this is normal at all.

I can't get excited without crowning and nearly shitting my pants. One one it DID happen at a concert.

      What is your diet like? Before you get excited, have you ever noticed that there's a certain food that you eat before this occurs?

      It might be a type of IBS. Do you plan to go see a doctor?

    There's a rare condition where in which the people who have it always urinate whenever they become sexually excited/aroused. Maybe, you have the colonic version, that is if by your use of the word (excitement) you meant sexual arousal. Regardless, I think that you should see a doctor.

    It's a pretty normal thing for many animals to evacuate their bowels when in fear for their lives and in preparation to flee. I don't know about the "excited" part (you do mean sexually?), but it would also make sense to do it before sex. Perhaps your baser animal self is taking control?
