Is it normal i have these feeling about a best friend while i have a boyfriend?

I've been dating this guy for about a month - were friends for about a year before that, and I know I love him. I have this best friend (another guy) who was my first true bestfriend when I moved to where I am now. So he's been my best friend for about 2 years now and has liked me the entire time. I never dated him because when I first met him I was under 18 and he's about 3-4 years older than me. Anyways when we could date timing was never right, he would have a girlfriend - I didn't expect him to not date, he can't wait 2 years, that's not fair. So I started dating this one guy who I had liked for a while, and we completely hit it off, and I love being with him. My other friend got jealous and we kind of stopped hanging out because he was upset about the situation. We just recently started hanging out again and all I can do is think about him.

I always told myself I didn't like him, that I was just lonely, but I know I do, I have a great time with him and we have a lot in common and I trust him with my life. But I know I like the guy I'm dating now, and I really don't want to end this relationship, but I don't want to miss out on a chance with my friend while I have it because if I've been repressing these feelings for 2 years, something has to be there.

So what do you think I should do? Sorry for the long post, thanks if you actually took the time to read it.
