I am a 23 Year-old female and work at a fast food restaurant chain. My boss said he would consider promoting me to the assistant to the assistant manager if I had sex with him for 3 months.
I agreed, and have 1 month left to go, but is it normal for a boss to ask for sex in exchange for a promotion?

IF he's married or in a relationship with someone you may be able to use that as a lever to get your promotion, or at least for him to "consider" it, but if I were you I'd find yourself another job immediately and write this off to experience.

In Australia it would be possible for you to leave the job and then claim compensation for unlawful dismissal because his behaviour caused you to leave, but I don't know if that's an option wherever you live.

I would set up a camera for use as blackmail. And ask him on camera if I was going to get promoted in a month for doing this. But this is just a lie on his part to get what you have been willing to give.
