Is it normal i have never been sick longer than a few days?

I get sick very rarely, but the few times I have been sick I was fine within about three days. The most recent time, about a year ago, I was so sick I could barely stand. Yet I was still back on my feet a couple days later, after some rest and medicine.

I didn't think this was weird until I read some stuff about people getting a cold or flu and staying sick for weeks at a time. How long do people usually stay sick for? Is my time normal?

You must have an immune system made of steel. It's not common, but it's a great thing to have, so you don't have to worry about it being normal or not.

It can take me a long time to recover from a cold, let alone a flu. Longest time I had a cold was on and off (but mostly on) for 10 months, from September to July.

If anything it's a sign of good health and that you take good care of yourself.

Don't get Dengue fever. You won't be walking around for 8 days, no matter what you normally do.
