Is it normal i have higher expectations of women than men?

If someone says their father smokes, or chews tobacco that might be forgivable, but if their mother is a smoker or does risky stuff I might wonder what im getting involved with here. If the dad goes out gets drink and slobbering all over his wife and falling over it wouldn't be as bad as if the wife did that and you are lying if you disagree. More things id expect from a man but not from a woman: spitting, getting into fights, doing drugs, riding motorbike, getting loads of tattoos, forgetting about the kids, chasing some tail, farting, burping, acting like a slob.

    I disagree ...I am not lying..why would you ask an opinion then call anyone with a different view a liar?
    I will have you know man or woman I highly dislike the habit of smoking or chewing tobacco... it smells awful makes everything smell awefull... doesnt matter what sex you are I equally hate the smell and dont want to be around you while you smoke....chewing is just discussing and so is spitting. Bleh!
    The same with the drunk husband or wife both sexes displaying that behavior would be unattractive.
    but its ok for both sexes to drink just the imagery of slobbering all over your partner...ewww

    Obvious cultural pressures make it more likely that a man will display these kinds of behaviors. Generally, a woman would be scrutinized more than a man for getting into fights or smoking. So, sense it's harder for a woman to do these things since she is not pressured to do so and she has to deal with the shaming, it makes us think worse of her. We are also biased to think a woman ought not to behave in those ways.

    We should not allow ourselves to think this way though. It might be normal, but it's not right because sex roles aren't based on reality and they make people upset.
