Is it normal i have a tingly feeling in my chest when i see something cute

When ever I read/see something that I sympathize with or that is cute(?), I get this warm, tingly, tightness in my upper chest and right arm. It's not an unpleasant feeling, it feels good in a weird way and only lasts a few seconds. Is this normal?
