Is it normal i have a problem with binging/ ordering out
I diet extremely well, eat the cleanest out of my friends, get constant applause for how well I eat - I suppose thats why I've become a closet junkie. I Hate to let people see me eat something I shouldn't - they always remark with " I'm surprised you're eating that!" which makes me feel even worse.
Not to mention I order pizza numerous times a payperiod when I'm trying to save money.
I feel horrible about myself which makes all of this worse, and everytime I fail and cheat it just escalates from one meal, to the whole day, to the whole week, until I realize I've cheated too much and need to get back on my diet again (which isn't really a diet, its more or less very strict healthy eating).
I've got a problem, and I acknowledge it. I just really need some advice. Is this normal? am I depressed?
