REALLY! They are going to get the cops called on them and it will embarras me and them! What I mean is when someone holds the ciggarette between their thumb and pointer finger.

I used to smoke joints, etc & have now given up but am still used to holding my ciggie like that.

Most other countries hold cigarettes between thumb and forefinger. Nobody is gonna call the cops for a cigarette, maybe they'll look twice to make sure but about 90% of people wouldn't call the cops on you even if you were smoking weed and they saw.
I dont understand why you are going to be embarrassed are you going to be the cop that arrests them? Also like one of the above have already said generally if someone did smoking weed legal or not they are probably not going to report you.
People generally mind their own business unless like your bothering them or someone is getting attacked. If you blow the smoke in that persons face they might have reason to report you.
I knew a lot of people that would do drugs and weed in school when I went and I never reported them. Despite the fact we are not even suppose to carry asprin/pain killers at school.
No need to get agitated over someones preference, personally I hold my cigs like that since I quit smokin weed and it feels more comfortable sometimes.
When I used to smoke I did this all the time. In fact, everyone I know who smokes, smokes this way.
Doesnt bother me a bit either. I can get my panties in a bunch over other crap though.
i dont see what the big deal is. i smoke joints like they are cigarettes. who really cares how people smoke. if you are worried about insignificant things like this then maybe its a good idea you dont leave your house or someone might call the police on you for not blinking the right way.
I used to do this when I first started smoking, it doesn't bother me when I see other people doing it though.
