You do know that cow sperm and milk have absolutely nothing in common. In fact it is physically impossible to even get them both from the same animal.

I cook using milk, but I haven't actually drank milk since the 3rd grade or so. I just can't get over the fact that I'm drinking a white liquid that came out of a crappy (quite literally) cow's udder that was meant for a calf, not me. Bleh.

Try lactaid. Lactose intolerant or not, in my opinion, it actually tastes really good unlike regular milk.
