Sex isn't supposed to be loud. I lived in an apartment where one time the neighbors were doing the nasty and the lady was shouting very loudly. My mature response was to imitate the fake orgasm wails. OHH. OHHHHHHH

You only hate the sound of it because as much as we as humans love to partake in the act of sex, society has demonised sex and instills in us from a earl age that sex is something dirty and something to be ashamed of, so when we hears others doing it it can feel uncomfortable. My girlfriend can be kind of loud so I always have to close the windows or shove something in her mouth to keep her quite 😉 because I know it can be very disturbing to other people. my neighbors down stairs can be loud too, they are a gay couple personally I find it kind of funny hearing two men making each other moan but the moment I hear it I laugh, close the window then go to the next room. Either way just laughter it off turn up your TV or music and think hay at least they are enjoying themselves. In the grand scheme of things it's no big deal.

It's normal. In my town if a person is fucking too loud kids will just start throwing rocks at their open windows and doors, sometimes even hitting the fucking couple or breaking closed windows. I'm not sure how to feel about it.

I'm sure that sometimes it's bragging: "Listen to us everyone! We're having sex! SEX!"

For me, if I'm in the right mood, with the right person, and the sounds are subtle-sexy rather than window-shattering, it can be good. I'm sure I haven't always been the perfect neighbor when I lived in apartments, but man I at least did my BEST to keep things quiet. Sounds like these prigs aren't even trying to be subtle about what they're doing.

I don't know if I EVER heard a neighbor having sex, actually. I guess my neighbors are quiet during sex, which I really appreciate.

However, if I do hear a neighbor having sex at some point, I feel like I won't have the right to complain about it. My neighbors are probably annoyed when I keep singing love songs. So why would I complain about hearing them have sex?
