Is it normal i hate drawn on eyebrows so much i want to slap people who do it?

I know 70% of girls brush on their eyebrows..basically just make them look more dark BUT there are so many who draw them on with a pencil and it looks disgusting.

My friend's 15 year old sister started drawing her eyebrows on thick with a dark brown pencil and they look like caterpillars. She says she doesn't understand why she doesn't have a boyfriend yet. I'm like first off, you're 15, chillax, secondly YOU HAVE CATERPILLAR EYEBROWS. I didn't actually say that but damn her eyebrows rest very low when she has a neutral face (not posing with her eyebrows raised) and because of that, she genuinely looks like an old man. My friend has even said she wishes her sister would stop because she looks worse and I'm like where is her MOM. Her mom never wore makeup, wtf..

What is up with people and their overdrawn eyebrows whether thick or thin? They look fake and silly and is it normal I'm this pissed off? I get pissed off every time I see my friends sister! She is SO freaking scary as hell with those eyebrows.
