Is it normal i get sick when i remember my dream?

I have this recurring dream... I never remember it right when I wake up, and I honestly don't even know exactly what happens. I just know in the dream I am trying not to be seen by someone or something And I am trying to get to something. Sometimes out of nowhere I will remember parts of the dream. Whether it be mid conversation wwith someone or while I'm just doing something alone. But when I do I feel legitimately sick to my stomach. My neck gets hot as if I need to throw up and I just feel ill. Does this ever happen to anyone else?

WOW, that's fascinating. Maybe think about other factors in your life or in your mind that disturb you and make you feel this way? Maybe you'll find some connections. Only you can. The brain does some really interesting things!!

    • When I looked it up I kept coming up with temporal lobe epilepsy and people shared symptoms that were the same as mine and it's freaking me out....

    • I have no clue... it's the feeling of dejavu almost. It's like I'm remembering a reoccurring dream, but afterwards I can't remember at all what it was about. I just feel very nauseated and tired. The actual dejavu feeling gives me almost a feeling of fear... it's just really weird. And so hard to explain.

In order to get a handle on one's dreams, it is said that one should look at the dream from the view point of each object and person in the dream. As pieces come back to you try this and see if it helps.
