Is it normal i get a raging boner every single time i see her? doesn't go away?

A little bit of background: This girl is the girlfriend of a friend of mine, let's call him Garret. Garret, I, his girlfriend and some other friends of ours are all in university together. We all only know her through Garret. Well Garret is no longer at university with all of us because he dropped out of school. One day, his girlfriend (they are still together) walks into the lobby of the student apartments soaking wet in a white see thru shirt and jean shorts. It was raining outside. My mouth was on the ground, so was everybody's. I didn't realize just how attractive she was and the thought of my friend being able to see what I was seeing in that moment made me want her even more. I got a little jealous when other dudes I was standing with made comments about her. But there is a bigger problem: Now, whenever, and I literally mean every time I see her, I get extremely hard to the point that If she's speaking to me facing me, I have to turn kind of sideways and I'm sure I look fucking stupid doing it. It has become a problem. I'm afraid if I'm around her too long a period of time. I don't know what to do about this girl because she is such a nice person always smiling and looking you in the eye and it is very hard to resist her. She is very charming. I'm just keeping it real I want her to leave Garret but I know she won't because they have been together for a while. Is this normal or does it make me a bad friend? And what can I do to stop getting a hard-on when she's around?

    Um well, you just have to accept that she belongs to Garret and avoid thinking about her sexually. Think of her as a friend don't let your infatuation get the best of you.

        Probably could've worded that better, I think sub-consciously I was trying to play at the whole possessive thing though it might as well have been just lazy writing.

      I think that's it, I'm infatuated. But I think I might be getting feelings because I always had a little crush on her. But I see her in a different light now that doesn't have her boyfriend on campus. And her in that wet see through shirt was something out of a sex scene man..I'm serious.

        Just because you have a crush on someone doesn't mean you have the best intentions, and I think because you rounded your point with the wet t shirt scene makes me think those intentions aren't entirely innocent. Not trying to judge you, I'm just calling it how I see it.
