Is it normal i find it hard making eye contact with people i find attractive?

Well I'll be in a shop , I may notice a cute guy or girl serving at the counter. Go up to pay, become nervous, heart races a little & I find it really hard looking at them. They may ask me a question, face starts heating up. Omg I'm blushing and now I just want to run. I usually look in my wallet, pretending to fumble around for coins or what ever. Don't get me wrong I do try my best to bluff it and make a little eye contact but I can't do it for long. I kick my self later for being an idiot. Not that this is noticeably obvious. IIN?

    Very normal, and it's alright if you're a girl and horrible if you're a guy. Being unable to maintain eye contact is a form of submissiveness.

        Then it's not that big of a problem. Just don't isolate yourself and you'll end up ok.

    That's normal. Developing confidence in face-to-face situations with attractive strangers takes time, but you'll get there.

    Yeh me too when im in school a attractive girl is always caught looking at me when i look at her accidentaly she looks at me and smile awkward always happen 2x a day
