Is it normal i find it annoying that people use "i love you" as anyother phras

When people throw the phrase "i love you" around I think they are degrade it's meaning and i can't take the phrase seriously when someone actually means it.

    Agreed. I love my pets and my family and has loved my boyfriend for the past months: Still haven't told him however because you don't automatically love someone because you are together.
