Is it normal i feel this way after moving?

So, in December I moved to a city (more of large town, been living in the country for fifteen years)
And my family expected me to freak out because I don’t do so well with change, but instead of freaking out and crying about it all... I feel as though the place I lived at before never existed. I have memories and pictures, but they don’t feel real. I haven’t told anyone I’ve felt this way, but it’s a really strong feeling.

Maybe you you didn't care about living there much. It left little of an impression in your mind and you just don't miss it.

    • I loved it very much. I was very free, open to nature and lived near my old school and friends.

Usually after moving I was so ready for nap. But then I was working as a mover for 10 years. Good job.

Did anything traumatic happen back there? When I first left my ex everything felt so surreal.

    • I did suffer from narcisstic abuse from my father as a child, but I don’t associate it with the house and where I lived.
