Everytime I recieve oral sex from my boyfriend, I feel like I need to watch porn.     You said boyfriend and head so I'm assuming you're a guy. This answer works for girls too. It's just something to help get you off. There's not much you can do while they're doing the work. It's completely normal. Maybe you could watch your boyfriend masterbate while he's doing this.
